DOCUMENT VERSION · 2026.08.01 DRAFT
Terms of Service
These terms govern the LUCE creator partnership marketplace. LUCE facilitates introductions and workflow; it is not a medical provider and does not guarantee treatment, results, payment or a partnership.
This operational draft must be completed with the operator’s legal name, address, privacy contact, vendors, transfer details, retention schedule and counsel approval before real-customer submission is enabled.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Users must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect account access and use only their own or authorized content. Clinics and agencies must complete verification before accessing restricted profiles.
2. Marketplace role
LUCE may review profiles, campaigns and access requests, but each clinic is responsible for medical care and advertising compliance, and each party is responsible for its commercial, tax, immigration and professional obligations.
3. Campaign terms
Each opportunity must state eligibility, benefits, deliverables, timelines, content usage, paid media, whitelisting, exclusivity, disclosure and cancellation terms. A final agreement is between the creator and the relevant clinic or agency.
4. Medical decisions
Applying or accepting an introduction is not consent to treatment. A licensed professional must assess suitability, alternatives, risks and aftercare. Users should seek independent medical advice where appropriate.
5. Prohibited conduct
No false credentials, misleading medical claims, manipulated reviews, forced positive testimonials, hidden sponsorship, harassment, discriminatory selection, unauthorized scraping, resale of profiles, circumvention of access controls or unsafe uploads.
6. Content and rights
Creators keep ownership of their content. LUCE receives only the limited rights needed to host the selected profile. Clinics receive usage rights only through a separate campaign agreement. Moral rights and mandatory consumer protections are preserved where applicable.
7. Suspension and disputes
LUCE may suspend unsafe, unlawful or deceptive activity and preserve necessary evidence. The final terms will state the legal operator, governing law, venue, complaint path, refund/cancellation rules and required consumer notices before commercial activation.
