These terms govern GIWA MEDI accounts, creator–clinic partnerships and appointment requests. Please read them with the Privacy Notice and Content Policy before submitting information.
Change your appointment
Your confirmed appointment stays in place until you accept a new time. Cancelling a change does not cancel the appointment.
Confirm that you attended. The clinic must check you in first; this does not confirm a treatment or its result.
What the platform provides
GIWA MEDI connects creators with Korean medical institutions for direct partnership proposals and helps patients request appointments, including at a second clinic. GIWA MEDI is not a medical provider. Independent clinicians decide eligibility, clinical risks, treatment and follow-up; public informational content is not a diagnosis or a personal treatment recommendation.
Accounts and appointments
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Clinic representatives must be authorized to act for their institution. Account or listing approval is an access check, not certification of clinical quality. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment; review the clinic's response, time, costs and cancellation terms. Do not use GIWA MEDI for emergencies.
Fictional samples
Sample people, partnerships, clinics, outcomes, and activity are fictional illustrations and are not endorsers, active listings, promises, or evidence of real performance.
Partnerships and sponsorship
Free or discounted care, paid content and other partnership terms are negotiated by the participants and are not guaranteed by a profile or proposal. Clearly disclose sponsorship and other material connections. Do not promise a positive review, a clinical outcome or content that conceals risk in exchange for care.
Prohibited use
Do not impersonate another person or provider, make misleading medical claims, fabricate credentials or endorsements, interfere with security, or present public information as individualized medical guidance.
Participation and reports
You are responsible for having permission to share your profile, social channels and clinic information. GIWA MEDI may restrict or remove misleading, abusive or unauthorized material and accounts, and review reports at support@giwamedi.com. Do not submit medical records, identity documents, payment information or another person's private data.
