DOCUMENT VERSION · 2026.08.01 DRAFT
Creator Content & Disclosure Policy
Sponsored treatment, discounts, travel, hotel, cash and services are material connections. They must be disclosed clearly and content must never mislead people about medical outcomes.
This operational draft must be completed with the operator’s legal name, address, privacy contact, vendors, transfer details, retention schedule and counsel approval before real-customer submission is enabled.
1. Clear disclosure
Put an unmistakable sponsorship disclosure where viewers will notice it before or with the endorsement, in the content’s language and in every format where the connection is relevant.
2. Authentic experience
Creators may describe their honest experience. No clinic or agency may require only positive commentary, hide material risks, script a false experience or suppress a genuine adverse experience.
3. Medical claim guardrails
Do not promise guaranteed, typical or permanent outcomes without adequate substantiation. Do not omit important risks, present heavily altered images as outcomes, or encourage self-diagnosis.
4. Before-and-after media
Use only with the subject’s permission and clinic/legal review. Keep lighting, angle, timing and editing disclosures accurate. Participation is optional and refusal must not reduce agreed care.
5. Review workflow
The clinic may review factual medical details, privacy and legal risk, but cannot rewrite the creator’s opinion. Paid usage, boosting and whitelisting require separate written approval.
